It’s Way Better than Cafeteria Food!

When you hear cafeteria food you normally think of something that is pre-packaged, thrown in an oven or microwave and served. Not so with Mrs. Carmen. Every meal we have here has at least one dish that has a twist to it, whether it is deep-fried uncrustables covered in cinnamon sugar, homemade meatloaf, blueberry pancakes, or a Frito burrito. Most of the food here has a Mexican influence including using tortillas instead of bread or awesome tacos. All in all, it’s way better than cafeteria food.
