Dear Parents/Guardians,

The holidays are fast approaching, and we would like to give you a few guidelines for the holiday schedule. Not all students will be eligible for a visit home at this time so, before you start making plans, please contact me to see if your child is going home or staying here for the holidays.

For all Airport Runs there is a $75.00 charge per student for round trip. If you have a different date than the one scheduled, the fee will be $200.00 per student. Please keep in mind that it is a three hour trip one way to the airport from our location. It will save you money if you use the dates below. All fees must be paid in advance in order to transport your child to the airport. Please follow the time and date guidelines listed below.

Thanksgiving Airport Run
Departing Monday, November 23th, between 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
Returning Sunday, November 29th, between 1:00 pm.-2:00 p.m.

Christmas Airport Run
Departing Tuesday, December 22nd, between 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Returning Tuesday, December 29th, between 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

New Years Airport Run
For those that choose to keep their child through New Years.
Returning Sunday, January 3rd, between 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Thanksgiving & Christmas Schedule:
If you plan to pick up your child at ABM
Sunday, November 22nd after 1:00 p.m. or Monday, 23rd after 11:00 a.m.
Sunday, December 20th after 1:00 p.m. or Monday, 21st after 11:00 a.m.

For students that will be remaining here; we have planned great actives for them. (Like movies, dinner out, Christmas concert, etc.) Please send their Christmas gifts in no later than December 18th, we don’t want disappointed students without gifts to open on Christmas Day. Send all gifts wrapped or if unwrapped send wrapping paper with tags stating whom they’re from. Use UPS to mail packages.
