Exercise

  Sometimes at ABM there can be a little bit of stress. Students may feel homesick or upset, and there is only one good medicine for that; exercise. Exercise is a great way to go from feeling down to feeling good about yourself. At ABM there are plenty of different types of exercising that one could do; lift weights, jump rope, or regular cardio exercises. We usually do these routines at minimum three days a week to keep us in shape and to release stress. The students here like to make working out a competition to see who can lift the most, run the fastest/farthest, to see who is the best. It all makes out for healthy competition and helps the students build a sense of purpose and pride in themselves.
