Weight Lifting

Weight lifting is something we do in our free time, or we do it for P.E. Most people don't think that weights can teach you a thing or two. It will make you realize you have control of what you are able to do, and that everything is set to what you perceive.  I really like working out with Mr. Reed! Fun guy! Make sure you have a partner that can motivate you! It's fun too!
